Cancellation Policy

1. Transportation & Guided Tours

  • 48 hours or more prior to the scheduled service date: No cancellation fee.
  • 24–47 hours prior to the scheduled service date: 50% of the total service cost will be charged.
  • Less than 24 hours, same-day cancellations, or no-shows: 100% of the total service cost will be charged.

2. Activities & Experiences

  • 72 hours or more prior to the activity date: No cancellation fee.
  • 24–71 hours prior to the activity date: 50% of the total activity cost will be charged.
  • Less than 24 hours, same-day cancellations, or no-shows: 100% of the total activity cost will be charged.

3. Accommodation Services

  • 7 days or more prior to the check-in date: No cancellation fee.
  • 3–6 days prior to the check-in date: 50% of the total accommodation cost will be charged.
  • Less than 72 hours prior to check-in, early departures, or no-shows: 100% of the total accommodation cost will be charged.

4. Force Majeure

  • Neither party shall be held liable for cancellations caused by events beyond reasonable control.
  • These events include but are not limited to:
    • Natural disasters
    • Government restrictions
    • Extreme weather conditions
    • Political unrest
    • Pandemics or public health emergencies
  • In such cases, cancellation terms will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

5. Amendments

  • Date or time amendments are subject to availability.
  • All amendment requests must be submitted in writing.
  • Amendments requested within the cancellation penalty period may be treated as cancellations.

6. Refunds

  • Approved refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 14–21 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Bank charges, transfer fees, or currency exchange differences are non-refundable.
  • No refunds apply to no-shows or unused portions of services.
