• For custom or group bookings, a deposit may be accepted with a scheduled balance deadline.

2. Cancellations & Refunds

What is your cancellation policy?

• Transportation & guided tours:
  • 48+ hours prior: No fee
  • 24–47 hours prior: 50% charge
  • Less than 24 hours / no-show: 100% charge
• Activities & experiences:
  • 72+ hours prior: No fee
  • 24–71 hours prior: 50% charge
  • Less than 24 hours / no-show: 100% charge
• Accommodation services:
  • 7+ days prior: No fee
  • 3–6 days prior: 50% charge
  • Less than 72 hours / no-show: 100% charge

When will I receive my refund?

• Approved refunds are processed within 14–21 business days.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Do I need a visa to visit Saudi Arabia?
